Managing Director, Investment Banking
Mark W. Biché is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group of Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. Mr. Biché has over 25 years experience advising banks, thrifts and finance companies on strategic matters. He has been directly responsible for initiating, coordinating and closing over 75 merger and acquisition transactions and over eighty public and private offerings of debt and equity. He also has structured and capitalized several private equity funds, an Internet-only bank, a hedge fund and an exchange fund.
Prior to joining Sandler O’Neill, Mr. Biché spent three years at RBC Capital Markets as a Managing Director in its Financial Services Group and was a member of the firm’s Fairness Opinion Committee. Prior to joining RBC Capital Markets, he spent 15 years at McDonald Investments, most recently as Managing Director in their Financial Services Group, as well as Operating Head of its Strategic Acquisition Committee, which was responsible for the firm’s acquisition program. Prior to joining McDonald Investments, Mr. Biché was an Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
Mr. Biché holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from John Carroll University.
